Returns and Refunds

For sanitary purposes, skincare products that have been used cannot be returned. However, if you have received the wrong product after opening it, we will be happy to exchange it.

You have a right to cancel the purchase within 7 days of the receipt of the goods - please send it back to us unused within 14 working days and we will issue a refund within 7 working days after receipt of the return.

Cancellations and Changes

If you have paid, and you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are dispatched, please contact us immediately or e-mail info@colourofman.co.uk. If you have not paid for the order there is no need to inform us of any cancellation.
